Terms, cancellations & refunds

Good work depends on clear expectations. The specific scope, schedule, usage and price for each project will be set out in a written quote or agreement before work begins.

Quotes and payment

Quotes are based on the information available when they are prepared. If the scope changes, PCVP will discuss any effect on timing or cost before carrying out additional work. Invoices are payable according to the terms shown on the invoice.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Plans sometimes change. Please let us know as early as possible and we will always try to find a fair, practical solution. If a project is cancelled, charges may cover work already completed, non-recoverable third-party costs and production time that was specifically reserved, as described in the accepted quote or agreement. Where possible, we will offer rescheduling before applying a cancellation charge.

Refunds and concerns

If you believe the agreed service has not been supplied, or the delivered work does not match the agreed scope, please use the contact form. We will review the matter promptly and work with you to put things right. Where a refund is required by law or agreed as the appropriate resolution, it will normally be returned through the original payment method.

Creative work and usage

Approval stages, revision allowances, ownership and usage rights will be stated in the project quote or agreement. Unless agreed otherwise, source material and working project files are not included in final delivery.
