Who is responsible

PCVP is responsible for personal information collected through this site and is based in Vauxhall, minutes from Westminster. Privacy questions can be sent through the contact form.

Information collected

When you make an enquiry, we collect the name, email address, organisation and project information you choose to provide. Basic security information such as time and network address may also be processed to prevent abuse.

How it is used

Enquiry details are used to respond, prepare proposals and take steps towards a possible contract. Information may also be kept where reasonably necessary for project administration, accounting, legal obligations or the establishment and defence of legal claims.

Sharing and retention

Information is not sold. It may be processed by service providers used to host the website, display the neighbourhood map, deliver communications, administer projects and take payments. They receive only what is needed for their role. Unsuccessful enquiries are normally deleted within 12 months; project and financial records may be retained longer where required by law.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to its use. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Please use the contact form first if you would like us to help.
